This is the 1st trial of Orange Enzyme make this morning... If everything goes well, i should able to drink it after i finished the papaya enzyme...

Kitchen close but this one no need to cook lor, then still need to eat mah, so got to do lor, as papaya enzyme going to finish in about 2 weeks time...

My 1st enzyme of mango, ready for consumption yesterday. At 1st I was quite worried I didn't get it right coz after the 4th days of open cap stirring, instead of sealing it to do daily shaking of the bottle, I continue to open up to stir daily for a few days before realising I've done it wrong. Luckily Auntie Irene said the taste is right, phew...However, my enzyme juice is very little, think at most can last for a week, need to start with another 1 soon, after I find the nice green lemon - problem is not many places selling.
