This is my 4th attempt to steam malaigou. Still got no vertical line :( but at least it got more and bigger holes...especially the center portion. The 1st 3 attempts does not have hole in the center, only on the outer ring...

Aiya, it actually shrink back to about 1 inch only after it cool down!!! Dunno what happen :(
