Pandan Cake

班兰蛋糕

材料

蛋白 9粒
打打粉 1茶匙
蛋黄 7粒
发粉 1茶匙
面粉 140gm
香精 1/2茶匙
白糖 200g
颜色 1/2茶匙
油 3汤匙
水/椰浆 1/3 杯



做法


1) 白糖,蛋白和打打粉混合一起打20分钟至蛋白起。

2) 将蛋黄搅拌均匀, 然后加入香精,油,颜色,椰浆,发粉和面粉搅拌均匀。

3) 把白糖和蛋黄混合一起搅拌均匀后,道入烘盘。

4) 放进烘炉烘40分钟,160C。

Egg White 9pcs
Tata powder 1tsp
Egg Yolk 7pcs
Baking powder 1tsp
Flour 140gm
Favoring 0.5tsp
Sugar 200gm
Color 0.5tsp
Oil 3tbsp
Water/coconut 1/3cup

Method

1) Mix the egg white, sugar and tata powder and whisk for 20min till egg white stand.

2) Mix well the egg yolk and pour in the baking powder, favoring, color, oil, flour, and coconut and mix well.

3) Mix the two mixture together then pour into a mould.

4) Bake in the Oven for 40min at 160C.

Pai Sei lah, helping my mum to compile recipe only. Difficult to have the right timing to type in her recipe, so will take a long time to see new recipe one...

nevermind la, i understand, it takes time, especially want to have both Chinese and English version. Now it gives you a better picture of how hard Irene and Violet is working. Heehee....

I know, but i think it is more difficult to have the right timing with my mum. Cos when she free, i busy, when i free, she busy, when we both free, sometime i'm lazy!!!
